Buka Dokumen Lain -> Pajak Keluaran -> Rekam

Isikan sesuai jenis transaksi, dokumen, detail transaksi, dokumen transaksi, NPWP dan Lawan, Nomor faktur, tanggal dan masa pajak, serta nilai DPP dan PPN nya. Kemudian simpan. Untuk dokumen lain ini tidak melakukan upload dokumen dan tidak dapat dicetak.

Input Pajak masukan

Nah kalau kita menerima tagihan yang sesuai dengan peraturan yang diatas, maka inputnya pun juga di DOKUMEN LAIN -> Pajak Masukan -> Rekam

Isikan sesuai dokumen yang dipersamakan dengan faktur pajak kemudian simpan. Tidak perlu upload untuk jenis Dokumen lain ini.

Kedua jenis PK dan PM dari dokumen lain otomatis ikut dalam perhitungan SPT pada saat posting SPT PPN melalui efaktur.

Input Faktur Pajak Keluaran dan Pajak Masukan pada eFaktur

Masuk kebagian utama yaitu input data Faktur Pajak baik Pajak Keluaran atau Pajak Masukan. Untuk faktur pajak masukan agar bisa mencetak faktur, pastikan uploader sudah aktif. Lalu pastikan nama dan alamat NPWP lawan sudah benar.

Input faktur pajak keluaran

Buka Faktur -> Pajak Keluaran -> Administrasi Faktur

Tekan tombol rekam faktur, lalu isikan form berikut:

Isikan Detail Transaksi, sesuai dengan jenis lawan transaksi yang anda lakukan.

Lalu isikan tanggal, laporan SPT dan Tahun pajak otomatis terbentuk, nomor seri faktur juga otomatis muncul, jika sudah mengisi referensi nomor faktur, lalu dibagian referensi faktur, bisa anda kosongkan atau di isi dengan nomor invoice yang terkait dengan faktur. Kemudian tekan tombol lanjutkan untuk mengisi data lawan transaksi.

Jika anda selesai mengisikan NPWP dan menekan enter, maka akan muncul jendela berikut untuk mengisi data transaksi, dan data lawan transaksi akan tersimpan di database.

Jika anda tidak ingin menyimpan, saat selesai mengetik NPWP jangan tekan enter, tetapi pindahkan ke kolom Nama dengan mouse. Maka anda dapat langsung mengetik nama dan alamat secara manual, tanpa perlu sesuai dengan blok-blok kotak pada referensi Lawan transaksi. Jika sudah mengisi Nama Alamat dan NPWP maka tekan tombol lanjutkan. Lalu tekan rekam transaksi. Isikan detail transaksi yang anda inginkan.

Jika sudah simpan, nanti data akan muncul, seperti berikut,

Jika sudah simpan, kemudian data faktur akan muncul di Daftar Faktur Pajak Keluaran, tekan tombol preview dahulu, sebelum, tekan tombol upload, jika sudah ok, tekan tombol upload. Sampai muncul tombol PDF seperti berikut.

Pastikan anda selalu mengecek kesehatan jaringan internet, apakah stabil atau tidak karena sangat berpengaruh proses approval, dan perhatikan kolom status approval dan keterangan, karena disitulah kita dapat melihat jenis permasalahan apa yang muncul untuk segera diatasi.

Jika Status Approval Sukses, dan keterangan Upload Faktur Sukses berarti sukses dan tidak ada masalah.

Input Faktur Pajak Masukan

Nah setelah selesai menginput pajak keluaran, maka selanjutnya adalah menginput pajak masukan. Hampir sama dengan Faktur Pajak Keluaran hanya saja lebih simple formnya, buka Faktur -> Pajak Masukan -> Administrasi Faktur -> Rekam Faktur, maka akan muncul form seperti berikut.

Isikan saja nomor faktur, NPWP, tanggal, masa pajak bisa diganti maksimal 3 bulan dari terbitnya faktur pajak tersebut. serta jumlah DPP dan PPN. Lalu apakah Faktur pajak dapat dikreditkan, pastikan anda mengecek sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku mana saja yang dapat/tidak dapat dikreditkan. Jika sudah simpan. Kemudian tekan tombol upload.

Karena efaktur bersifat online, Asal anda mengetikan nomor faktur, tanggal faktur, dan nomor npwp dengan benar, kesalahan ketik jumlah DPP atau PPN akan terkoreksi sendiri, setelah upload.
