Here's what you need to know about Apple's iOS 10.2 Beta 2




It was announced yesterday that Apple had released a new update to their tech. Enter the iOS 10.2 beta 2 and it comes with a couple of new features, bug fixes and improvements.

This is the second minor update after the big iOS 10 update. The first update, iOS 10.1, brought the Portrait mode feature to the iPhone 7. Apart from that, it included bug fixes and performance improvements. Apple also released a minor iOS 10.1.1 update to fix issues with the Health app.



Here are some of the new features on the Apple iOS 10.2 Beta


One of the biggest add-ons is the TV app, on the new update, the TV app will be available for users. This app will help users check what's new and discover shows to watch on the Apple TV. It will also support Single-Sign on and Siri Live commands. The new app will appear on the home screen with a TV icon.


A cool new SOS feature was chipped in too enable the feature by going through Settings>General. Once done, the user will be able to dial emergency services by simply pressing the Power button 5 times. This feature will work in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Russia, Spain, U.K. and U.S.


The Music app in iOS 10.2 beta 2 was also given a bit of a makeover with some improvements and interface changes. The Shuffle/Repeat buttons are now more prominent when playing a song.
